LETTER FROM OUR SAFETY COMMITTEE

As a part of your pre-camp assignments, please read the following letter from our Safety Committee. Attending our camp means you comply to our terms to keep everyone happy, safe and healthy.

PARTICIPANT COMMUNICATION CONTACTS FORM

If you have not done so already, please fill out the PARTICIPANT COMMUNICATION CONTACTS FORM ASAP! This will help you contact your teammates to prep pre-camp assignments and packing list.

Forms submitted after Friday, May 30 @6pm default to a Size SMALL Camp T-shirt for THIEU NHI PARTICIPANTS, and a Size MEDIUM Camp T-shirt for NGHIA SI & HIEP SI PARTICIPANTS.

CREATE YOUR TEAM FLAG

Each Team should communicate and coordinate with your members to make 1 team flag
Should contain: Team Name, Team Response, and something relating to your team name
Bamboo staff will be provided

TEAM SKIT ASSIGNMENT

Accuracy:

Do your scenes follow the story of your Apostle correctly and respectfully to their story?

Clarity:

Is your skit clear and easy for the audience to understand?

Presentation:

Did your costumes and props follow a cohesive theme? and/or do they provide supplemental engagement to the story helping capture the audience’s attention?

Creativity:

Is the skit different from other skits while maintaining respect for the actual plot of the skit?

Please do not modernize the story by introducing electronics or modern technology, these skits are based on a very specific time frame

Please do not make the skit into a different genre like romance or comedy

Team Involvement:

Does each member of the team have a role? Is each actor reading from a paper or have put effort into remembering their lines or actions?

Time:

Did your skit meet the minimum requirement of 5 minutes?
